Where do you ship from?

Our warehouse is located at New Delhi, India and we use fastest route and best shipping rate.

Do you ship to All Over India?

Currently we are shipping to All Over India as individual domestic order. It will be treated as International order. 

Can we use our product in outdoor environment?

We use natural materials in our products, which are recommended for Indoor only.

What is the lead time on an order?

For stocked up items, we process them within 48 hours of order placement (except weekend). It does not always take 48 hours, but that is the maximum notice we need to provide before the product is shipped. The time after the 48 hours is subject to the shipping method/distance and carrier selected.

What is meant by GRS® (Global Recycled Standard) certified materials?

It means the raw materials we use in the making of our product are majorly made from certified recycle material. GRS® is an International third party organisation certifying the factories which believe in promoting and using Recycle material in their production process, thereby reducing the Carbon footprint, which is the aim of UN for a greener world order.

Do you have an order minimum?

No, we do not have order minimum, as we believe in our products and their ability to generate repeat sales.

Where are these rugs made?

The rugs are hand woven by skilled artisans in India.

How Do I Exchange an Item?

Can I order a custom design?

We do fill custom orders for certain qualities covered under Bespoke / Custom Rugs. E-mail us with any inquiries with regard to custom orders.

What is Oeko-Tex Certification on rugs?

It means products which are dyed; the dying chemicals and processes are Oeko-tex® certified. The Oeko-tex® is a third party body certifying non-toxic way of dying process, meeting the international norms.

What is GOTS® (Global Organic Textile Standard) certification on rugs?

It is basically the organic way of producing the products, which starts with growing the raw cotton fibers with no fertilisers or chemicals, followed by dyeing and finishing, using the non-toxic certified organic dyes. The organic certified products are considered very safe to the skin and good for babies and elderly and also reduces Carbon footprint.

What is RWS® (Responsible Wool Standard) Certified Rugs?

This certification is for wool rugs. Our wool rugs are made with RWS® accredited certified wool. It certifies that wool is sustainably sourced from the supply chain which maintains best practices of rearing of sheep and the natural farms where they graze in accordance with RWS® standard.
